- Market research, data collection and financial analysis: working with analytical publications, financials and through cooperation with relevant departments, Head office and other Group companies. - Cooperation with Group companies for different issues, such as development plans agreements, profit sharing process etc. - PR activities: creating various presentations (Russian/English/Japanese); organizing business seminars/meetings; creating promotion gifts campaign; posting interbank articles. Holding internal intercultural training sessions. - Coordination and development of the Group strategies and business plans. Monitor that all banking activities are carried out in accordance with the Group guidelines, policies, procedures and other legal requirements - Contribution in Kaizen - develop new formats for internal reports and procedures to achieve effective time-management; support for implementation of electronic database to manage documentation flow for policies and procedures. - Financial and administrative Group reportings. - Comprehensive support of representative office activities. - Arranging business stay for partners and guests from other Group companies. - English/Japanese interpreting.

Liaison with landlord. Assist with daily life of the expatriate and his family. Business support responsibilities: Legal support of foreign representative offices in Russia (in cooperation with outsourcing legal office). Accounting and tax system consulting as a certified tax accountant. E-banking daily payments origination (in cooperation with accountants). Prepare expense reports.
