Operative interaction with tenants of business centre on current questions of support of contracts of rent and additional services, timely informing of tenants, tracing debit debts; conducting current document circulation under rent contracts: business correspondence, delivery of accounts, accounts of invoices, certificates under contracts and a user's payment etc.; preparation of contracts of subrent, additional agreements, agreements on cancellation, certificates of reception-transfer of uninhabited premises etc., and also the coordination of additional conditions with other Departments.

Processing of clients' requirements; registration of documents; information clients support; participation in development and realization of new projects of the department; cost internal and financial accounting; statistic data analysis of sales; laying in supplies of product.
