Establish, develop and maintain maintenance planning interfaces between the operations, maintenance and engineering teams within Kashagan asset; Assist with PS&TA discipline Engineering Teams and On/Offshore assets to ensure executable 14D 90D and 52 Week schedule with reference to Material, services and execution capability of the assets; Identify major routine & TA related maintenance activities and flag those to integrated activity (IAP) planning for better shared resources allocation and better IAP planning; Actively provide maintenance planning feedback to CMMS Build Team for implementation/modification within SAP BP specially levelling of PM work, Capacity levelling, planning cycle and suggest improvement of SAP master data; Work closely with Field maintenance Planning Group to identify and prioritise & mitigate threats for routine & Turnaround maintenance; Establish and embed the Work Preparation, Scheduling and Execution (WPSE) process; Coordinate the WPSE process to resolve maintenance planning and scheduling issues between the discipline engineers, shutdown planners, IAP and asset maintenance teams; Focus on effective utilisation of resources through the optimised scheduling of planned maintenance activities; Assist on implementation improvement of scheduling business flow by facilitating SAP Capacity planning tools (Graphical work Order Scheduling (GWOS) on enhancing manpower utilization, work optimization and reporting; Endeavour improve the first 7 frozen days of 14day plan for the asset for offshore/onshore to improve schedule Compliance

Provide operations with full planning and work management assistance in terms of Offshore production activities; Ensure plans are tracked and reported. Highlighting and offering solutions to problems; Use effectively SAP BP, FSR (Facility Status Report), PB6 (SAP Dashboard); Promote and assure the continuous improvement of maintenance process following field feedback; Ensure that all interface issues are recorded, agreed and reviewed on a weekly basis; Ensure that all short term critical tasks are reviewed on a weekly basis; Schedule/Reschedule PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) activities applying principles of MIE (Maintenance and Integrity Execution) SHELL standards; Follow WPSE (Work Preparation, Scheduling and Execution) approach; Use GWOS (Graphical Work Order Scheduling) SAP application tool; Perform resource leveling; Conduct on daily basis YTT (Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow) Meeting to follow up the progress of planned maintenance activities; Conduct on daily basis DNR (Daily Notifications Review) Meetings to review all raised notification performing Risk Assessment based on CMPT (Corrective Maintenance Prioritization Tool); Conduct WSM (Weekly Schedule Meeting) Meeting to review and confirm 14 Days Look ahead Frozen Schedule; Conduct Weekly Maintenance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Review Meeting; Raise Z6 Notifications once nonconformity are identified; Track, report and manage KPIs using Dashboard; Follow up the Work Order life-cycle: Create Work Order, Work preparation, Work confirmation and Technical Completion; Maintaining and reporting on Corrective and Preventive Jobs Backlog and other Execution Performance KPI’s

Responsible to check/verify/update engineering information to populate master data in SAP for all asset belong to the Company (Onshore Process Facilities, Offshore, Eskene West Rail Project, Bautino Base, EPCs, Samal Camp); Ensure Safety Critical Elements are properly loaded & verified with all the necessary engineering attributes; Ensure Pressure Safety Valves, Metrology & Vessels registers are aligned with engineering data available in SAP in order to properly carry out maintenance activities required by Republic of Kazakhstan Regulations; Responsible to properly implement engineering modification through Z6 data change request implementation in SAP; Act as focal point to retrieve information from SAP in order to analyze data to keep & maintain integrity in the system; Provide support for the effective implementation of other maintenance support tools like CIMS, PIMS & IPF/SIL; Support work pack preparation for campaign & turnaround activities ensuring master data and related engineering documentation is available and properly loaded in SAP; Compile & verify all necessary engineering drawings and documentations from relevant sources (i.e.AK EDMS); Responsible to verify equipment hierarchy and item data is in compliance with Kashagan SAP Blueprint Minimum Data Standards; Responsible for day-to-day management and data implementation in IDWH (information data warehouse) collecting information from all necessary data source (documentation, site, EMDB+, ACS database, etc); Be able to find multidisciplinary engineering technical documents using company tools (IMIS/AK EDMS/IDWH document master) tailoring the searches to acquire required maintenance information Support and guide offshore and onshore site personals to retrieve documentation and Functional Locations in order to speed up the execution of their work; Ensure site field equipment are properly labeled and aligned with SAP master data conducting on site verification and liaising with site personnel

Having finished theory of technical course at Agip training centre, I was sent to Saipem company in France in order to have practical experience; Use of company software applications (i.e.: TopoBuilder, PMBuilder, Mati, VisuDoc, etc…) Define Plant Asset Register and hierarchy structure and identify maintenance attributes developing all required specifications; Calculate and assign criticality value to the equipment in order to prioritize maintenance tasks; Assign Preventive Maintenance tasks accordingly; Familiarization with planning process flow in Amos CMMS; Particularly proved created Preventive Maintenance routines for TEG regeneration skid in MS Project
